CD/DVD/Blu-Ray printing pads
Available for almost all common offset-, screen printing and CD/DVD/Blu-Ray printing machines. Our printing pads are extremely stable as well as temperature- and UV/IR- resistant. This guarantees perfect applying for printing and drying. At e.g. rotating printing, tefka* printing pads can be equipped with both vacuum rings and full perforations, to securely fix the CD/DVD/Blu-Ray at place. Application as well as replacement of our tefka* printing pads are produced with effortless ease. Thanks to the single-sided applied special adhesive, which can be detached from the vacuum plate without residue and then renewed without cleaning. Base material + surface + embossing + perforation and thickness are individually customized to the respective printing machines. At the same time the CDs/DVDs/Blu-Rays are optimally protected from scratches and similar damage, because our printing pads do not harden..

tefka* Blankets and nest-pads

The tefka* table covers and nest-pads lastingly protects the tables / vacuum plates. The tables wear out sooner or later due to paint, detergent or mechanics e.g. in offset printing. Our table covers are easy to replace and to clean, thus you prevent premature costly replacements of the tables and plates. The tefka* nest-pad compensates the gradient, which results due to the tefka* table covers K/15 F, about approx. 0.20 mm. The replacement of the nest-pads is also eased, because the nest-pads are removed almost without any residue.
